After monks working on different subjects such as teaching Buddhist culture, yoga and meditation techniques. Visitors can learn meditation techniques at the Deer Park Institute.
5. Go Trekking:
has two beautiful treks for enthusiasts, the Tattani and Hanuman Garh treks. Tattani (also known as Tattani) is famous for its natural sulphur hot springs erupting up to 65 degrees Celsius. This place should not be confused with Tattapani in Mandi which is also in Himachal Pradesh.
The hot water has a healing effect and soothes people suffering from joint pain and skin diseases. This place is not only a great place to have fun and relax, but it is also a religiously sacred place. On Baisakhi Day (April), sacred bathing is performed during the great agricultural festival.
